So this all helped shape my vision, and indeed some 20 years on I’m still driven by the same basic elements which are:

To provide outstanding levels of customer service, and specifically to help my customers through the complete journey of selecting a kitchen, having it exactly tailored to their home and their needs, then ensuring the installation runs as smoothly as possible.
To never ‘push’ for a sale, but instead allow the customer to make their own mind up and based on what they see, they hear, they learn and experience.
To have a spacious and modern showroom which provides a relaxing environment to browse kitchen displays.
To offer the widest possible choice of kitchen styles, and ranging from the very traditional right up to the very modern.
To use the best kitchen manufacturer I could find, which also turned out to be in the Highlands!
To keep prices keen and partly through keeping my overheads low.

This basic philosophy has clearly worked for me, as 20 years on my business goes from strength to strength. And in that 20 years I’ve personally project managed kitchen installations right across the Highlands and Islands, with many of my customers travelling great distances to make their initial visit to my Inverness kitchen showroom.
